Description
This highly interactive workbook aims to help Lynn University students develop a sense of resilience. In addition to examining the scope and nature of stress and anxiety that is pervasive in the modern world, this multi-touch book describes the OASES identity—a set of five characteristics and behaviors that resilient individuals develop. Most importantly, it provides students with five concrete and actionable coping strategies to help them in times of stress throughout their entire lives. Course: DSS 100
