Abstract
The coeditors of The Journal of Individual Psychology (JIP) recently met with Mindy Parsons to discuss the future of the journal. Not surprisingly, the conversation involved discussion of the past and the present. This conversation included the coeditors' views of the challenges and strengths of the journal, efforts to expand the reach of Individual Psychology around the globe, as well as intentions to increase motivation and interest among Adlerian researchers and clinicians to seek evidence-based status for Individual Psychology.
