Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming traditional learning environments, particularly in business education. AI enables educators to automate routine tasks and personalize learning experiences, allowing them to focus on higher-order responsibilities, such as fostering creativity, empathy, and critical decision-making. This article explores the integration of AI within the classroom and addresses the critical balance between AI’s capabilities and the unique skills human educators bring, including mentorship, contextual understanding, and emotional intelligence. By optimizing collaboration between AI and instructors, we can enhance student engagement, promote deeper learning, and create a more dynamic, effective educational experience. This research highlights how AI, when embraced and strategically utilized, supports rather than replaces human instruction, offering new opportunities for enriching the learning process and improving educational outcomes, while shaping the future of education in ways that ensure both technological advancement and the continued development of essential human skills like adaptability, emotional intelligence, and ethical judgment.
