  • Bigger Than the Game (BTTG) by Drew Clark

    Bigger Than the Game (BTTG)

    Drew Clark

Bigger Than the Game (BTTG) is an interactive journal intended to get a conversation started about readers’ well-being. The hardest part is the first step — speaking up and getting help — and BTTG is an outlet for students and student-athletes who need help taking that first step. The journal is a means to speaking about how they truly feel, giving readers control over when they are ready to seek the help they need. With daily writing exercises and weekly and monthly checkups, there is no “right time” to use this journal. Its aim is to be there when needed, and to provide resources and hotline numbers for students that want to talk to someone right away.

  • Bigger Than the Game: An Athletes Guide to Mental Health by Drew Clark

Bigger Than the Game: An Athletes Guide to Mental Health

    Drew Clark

Bigger Than the Game is an outlet for athletes that struggle with mental health on and off the field. This journal provides athletes an alternative to seeking help if they aren't ready for that step.

This journal provides a year long format that is filled out everyday. It also includes inspirational quotes, year long goals, my story to help you relate to me, manifestations, and free space to create whatever you need to feel better. This journal isn't the end goal for everyone, but it can be a stepping stone for those that are nervous to take the first step which is getting help.

The goal with this journal is to learn about yourself and what makes you happy and unhappy. Learning about myself was the first step to learning how to live with my mental health.

This journal can also be a gift. If you know someone that is struggling, please reach out to them to let them know you are there for them. This journal is a great way to get the conversation started with someone you think may be struggling.

I hope you all enjoy this journal! If there are any comments or concerns you can reach me on my social media @drew_clark_
