The English Writer’s Handbook, a compilation of open educational materials, provides students with the techniques to improve their writing and research skills. The 12 chapters include everything from brainstorming for topics, improving introductions and conclusions, clarifying thesis statements, formal academic writing points, analysis of ideas, to research methods, APA format, and correct grammar and punctuation—all at students’ fingertips.
