Abstract
People diagnosed with ADHD present with multiple challenges. They not only need help creating an organized space but also creating new habits that will maintain the structure. People with ADHD are typically ashamed of their struggle and are often uncomfortable bringing outsiders into their world of chaos. This presentation will discuss the most common organizational needs associated with people with executive functioning issues, discover how their brain works differently, and identify strategies to support these needs that are ADHD friendly.
