Abstract
Join Associate Dean in the College of Arts and Sciences Debra Ainbinder and clinical mental health counseling graduate student Shahaf Bachar on May 22 at noon as they examine the concept of self-compassion as a transformative approach to fostering resilience. Participants will learn how self-compassion can lead to resilience development and be a protective factor against stress, anxiety and depression—ultimately enhancing an individual's ability to handle and conquer life's challenges. As a part of the Academic Resilience Consortium, this webinar is free for faculty, staff and students.
