Abstract

Cognitive behavioral coaching methodology addresses the underlying beliefs that cause self-limiting behaviors. Coaching students through that process using CBC in addressing their underlying beliefs which create adverse emotions are frequently behind many students’ inability to can lead to meaningful improvements in students academic and life goal outcomes.
