Director of the Library: Amy Filiatreau

The Eugene M. and Christine E. Lynn Library, built in 1996, previously had two other names and locations on campus. It was dedicated on February 1, 1996.

From 1969-1996, the Lewis Library was located in the building that is now the Green Center. The Lewis Library was dedicated on February 22, 1970 and named in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Milton F. Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a member of the Board of Trustees of the College, and their daughter, Maureen, was an alumna.

From 1963-1969, when Lynn was known as Marymount College, the Library was known as the Rowley Library and was housed on the second floor of Founders Hall (now the Lynn Student Center). Founders Hall was one of the four original buildings on campus. The Rowley Library was named for the late superior general of the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary - Rev. Rita Rowley - who was responsible for opening Marymount in Boca Raton.
