Professors Ellen Stern and Benjamin Orifici led students to South Africa in the Summer of 2026 (May 29 to June 10, 2026) on an experience entitled, "Film & Photography on Safari."
Students traveled to South Africa for an amazing 12-day photographic, filmmaking, and cultural experience. They created imagery of the gorgeous landscapes of Cape Town, Garden Route Game Lodge, and Stellenbosch, and utilized them in their final photo portfolios and short film projects. Also, students spent several days on safari capturing images of giraffes, lions, elephants, leopards, and more.
