Mother M. Jogues, President of Marymount College (now Lynn University), the Most Reverend Coleman F. Carroll, Bishop of Miami, and Dr. George N. Shuster, Assistant to the President, Notre Dame, and former President of Hunter College in New York City, pose together at the Marymount College dedication on December 14, 1963.
Dr. Shuster gave the Dedicatory Address, which stressed the importance of women in the modern world and the need for proper education.
