The Instructor’s Manual is a comprehensive resource guide for those teaching in the Lynn University Dialogues of Learning Core Curriculum. The manual includes the philosophical underpinnings of the curriculum and its thematic areas of Belief and Reason, Justice and Civic Life, Self and Society, Quantitative Reasoning, and Scientific Literacy. The manual addresses the five embedded skill areas: critical thinking and reasoning, written communication, oral communication, information literacy, and technological literacy and their integration across all levels of the curriculum. Each of the course levels contains sample syllabi and skill-specific assignment ideas for adaptation to individual courses.
