Abstract

Using a strengths approach to enhance student engagement has proved to be effective in helping students achieve personal and academic success, higher levels of performance, and decrease in burn-out. This program will give you a look into current research and provide you with tools and suggestions get you started on the path of Strengths-based supervision.
