Case Conceptualization: The Key to Highly Effective Therapy

Abstract

Jon Sperry, associate professor of clinical mental health counseling in the College of Arts and Sciences, lectured on case conceptualization at The Institute of Crisis Management Studies (ICMS)–Samarpan Academy in Kathmandu, Nepal. Sperry lectured to faculty and graduate students in the crisis management and counseling psychology programs.

Sperry also visited a local non-government organization, Empower Nepali Girls (ENG). Two clinical mental health counseling alumni, Yasi Babamohammadi '24 and Melanie Jones '24, joined him. Sperry and alumni brought donations to ENG and visited families supported by the organization.
