Holly Nay is a player who laid the foundation for one of the most successful women’s soccer runs in history. A four-year letter winner from 1989-92, Nay helped guide the Fighting Knights to the first four postseason appearances in program history, including the first national semifinals appearance and the 1992 National Title. Lynn’s run started a string of 10 consecutive post-season appearances and four national titles.
Nay appeared and started in 79 games in her career that saw her record 25 goals and 33 assists, twice garner First Team All-America and NAIA All-Tournament accolades and rank in the top-10 in program history for both games played, started and assists. A star not only on the field, she was a two-time NAIA Scholar All-American was named the Lynn Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
