One of the greatest men's basketball players in program history, Sullivan holds 12 individual, season and career records. A two-year letter winner from 1993-95, he helped lead the Fighting Knights to two consecutive NAIA tournament appearances including the 1993-94 NAIA National Tournament. Sullivan was a two-time NAIA All-America selection and was named Regional Player-of-the-Year and the Knights Team MVP in 1994-95 after leading the team with 19.4 ppg, 6.2 apg and 50% shooting from the field. He holds individual game records for points (40), field goals made (14) and attempted (18), free throws made (18) and attempted (23) and assists (12) while being the only player in program history to record a triple-double. Sullivan was also the program's all-time assists leader (414) until 2004-05 when Austin Faber eclipsed his total by notching 464 career assists.
