The first women's tennis player inducted into the LynnUniversity Hall of Fame, Nieporte was a four-year letter winner from 1988-91. She posted a career record of 44-19 in singles play and 48-13 in doubles play, primarily at the no. 2 & 3 singles and 1 & 2 doubles positions. Her best season came in 1989 when she notched a 16-5 singles and 20-1 doubles record. A two-year team captain (1990-91), Nieporte earned NAIA All-America honors all four years while at Lynn.
